A popular rapper has lost his eye in a devastating accident which has left fans totally horrified.

OG Maco, whose real name is Maco Mattix, is an American hip hop recording artist from Atlanta, Georgia,
The 24-year-old rapper was involved in a near-fatal car accident on July 28th.
He suffered multiple skull fractures, cracked vertebrae, a broken orbital, heart palpitations, and lost his right eye.
Doctors have now removed the eye and he shared an update with concerned fans on Instagram.
