One of the states in the U.S which legalized cannabis, Colorado, has raked in a jaw dropping revenue from the sales of weed.
Colorado authorities, are said to have collected so much money from legal sales of weed, that the state is deliberating on how to spend the money.
The state planned to spend taxes from legalised marijuana sellers on new schools in the state. However, marijuana legalisation turned out to be a gold mine.
Colorado collected more than $50 million in pot taxes in the first year of legal marijuana, while only $ 20 million needed for schools in the state.
