In a shocking incident, a couple were left humiliated and embarrassed by a man who caught them having s*x in the bush.
Forget Dube was spared jail after he begged and apologized
A couple identified as Thandekile Ndlovu and her boyfriend Maxwell Nyoni were utterly humiliated after a man identified as Forget Dube, after catching the two having s*x in the bush.
Dube who busted the couple sharing the forbidden fruit in the bush humiliated and extorted them. He forced the two to surrender their phones after he had asked them to give him money so as not to expose them. The incident happened in the morning of 17 June at the West Park Cemetery.
According to B-Metro, on the fateful day, the complainant’s boyfriend requested to have sexual intercourse in the bush and the complainant obliged.
Naturally, the couple allegedly kissed, touched and caressed before undressing and “getting it on”.
While they were at it, the accused person, Forget Dube (49) suddenly arrived and commanded the two love birds to dress up as he wanted to escort them to the police station for undermining the law as they had harassed him by arousing him as well.
The complainant and her boyfriend allegedly begged the accused not to take them to the police station.
The accused later understood and demanded $40 from the “humiliated” couple but they did not have the money and they pledged to give him three cellphones with a total value of $75.
The accused person allegedly took the cellphones and ordered the two to go and never look back before vanishing into the bush.
The couple later reported the matter to the police leading to the arrest of the accused. For the offence the accused was brought before the Bulawayo magistrate Charity Maphosa charged with a crime of C/S 134 of the Criminal law Codification and Reform Act Chapter 9;23.
He was spared jail after the complainant dropped charges because he begged and apologized.
