Gov. Willie Obiano Officially Swears in 30-year-old Nigeria's Youngest Commissioner (Photos)

History was made few hours ago in Anambra State, as Governor Willie Obiano, has today, officially sworn-in a 30-year-old man as the state's commissioner.
 
30-year-old Mark Okoye II, who was flanked by his lovely wife, has been sworn in by the Anambra State governor, Chief Willie Obiano, after being inaugurated today as the Honourable Commissioner for Economic Planning, Budget and Development. 
 
 
It was gathered that the governor had reportedly wanted to make him a commissioner years ago, but that there was an age limit because Mark was yet to clock 30.
 
 
Mark who has been dubbed 'the youngest commissioner in Nigeria', reportedly studied Finance at George Washington University and was a former Associate at Afrinvest West Africa. 
 
 
He was also a former Executive Director, Anambra State Investment Promotion & Protection Agency and also the Special Adviser to the Governor on Economic Planning and Budget.
