The MTV Video Music Awards is supposed to honour the industry's best and brightest. But when it came to fashion, the red carpet was also awash with some of the world's dimmest stars, who were desperately trying to snatch the limelight with outlandishly garish outfits.
She has made a habit out of shocking fans on the red carpet. And Miley Cyrus had to go out of this world in order to top those previous outings. The 22-year-old singer turned heads in a very revealing silver number which showed off her chest and other assets while strutting down the red carpet for her hosting gig.
