See Why Transgender Icon Caitlyn Jenner Might Be in Deep Trouble

Caitlyn Jenner might be in serious trouble following a crash that occurred in Malibu causing the death of a 67-year old woman, Kim Howe.
 
Popular transgender icon, Caitlyn Jenner could possibly be charged with vehicular manslaughter early next week in connection to February 7, crash in Malibu, California that killed 67-year old woman, Kim Howe.
  
This report is coming as Sheriff’s investigators are to offer evidence to prosecutors that could lead to a manslaughter charge.
 
A Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department spokeswoman, Nicole Nishida, on Thursday, August 20, said that investigators had found that Ms. Jenner was driving in a manner “unsafe for the prevailing road conditions” when her sport utility vehicle rear-ended a Lexus, pushing it into traffic.
 
Ms. Nishida said the case would be presented for review next week. The district attorney will determine what charges, Ms. Jenner will ultimately face.
 
Ms. Jenner was hauling an off-road vehicle on a trailer behind her Cadillac Escalade on Feb. 7 when she steered to avoid cars slowing for a traffic light in front of her on the Pacific Coast Highway.
 
The Lexus driver, Kim Howe, 69, was killed when her car was struck head-on by a Hummer.
 
Ms. Jenner’s lawyer, Blair Berk, however declined to comment on this development when contacted by nytimes.com
